For the Ophir-Rochor site, UEM Land and another Temasek portfolio company, CapitaLand Limited’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary (“CapitaLand”), are named to oversee marketing and expansion.

Both Khazanah and Temasek are committed to the effective commercialisation of these land parcels, including hotel, retail, office, and residential components.
